Fall semester begins August 21 with an inspiring range of music and projects bubbling in the studio.  We will hold our annual 100-Day Practice Challenge, host esteemed artist/teacher Zachary Preucil, and prepare this year for the April CelloFest theme Tone Painting.  We will play movie music, concerti, competitions, improvisation, Celtic music, technique class, Pronto Performance Pieces, chamber music for kids and adults, taking part in regional ensembles such as the Roanoke Youth Symphony…and visitors are welcome at any time to come observe classes and lessons in the studio and get acquainted with Lisa’s approach and the delightful cellists of Community Cello Works.
