The Ants Book is Lisa’s step-by-step set of short pieces and songs that prepares the beginning student to learn the first pieces in Suzuki Cello Book I with ease. It was her intention to create short pieces that would be enjoyable for the young child, that could be learned easily and help develop a sense of the pleasure of learning new pieces with flow, and gaining a repertoire.

The book itself is available for teachers and parents in draft form, with a recording to use as a model, using the “mother tongue method.”
